		<description>...and sometimes, creative powerful thinkers decide it would be a good idea to start something like the Republic of Indian Stream to further their own agenda, and carefully through the art of speech and propaganda, the masses follow suit. Perhaps not the case here, but an interesting thought  nonetheless. Maybe this all falls into the, &quot;loopholes that are to be exploited&quot; category.</description>
